Blog Update!!
Well we hit 25,000 views this week which is wonderful news. You may have noticed that we have a genre section now which should add some better search capabilities to this site. We will continue to play around with that and change it based on your feedback. I also have 3 new staff members who have jumped in to assist in helping run and update this site. A big thank you to Matthew N., LFP, and Emperor Übermensch for coming to my aid when I really needed it several weeks ago.
As always we rely on your submissions and comments to update the site
and we will try to begin doing some interviews with some of our favorite
brony musicians soon so we can know them even better than we initially
did. Stay tuned, give us feedback, and we'll keep updating. Most of all
just keep making music and we'll try to spotlight new or overlooked

Not a new artist this time around but with 2 Pinkie themed show remixes ("Cupcakes" and "Giggle at the Ghosties") one that you might not be familiar with. While they did a pretty good with both we haven't seen anything since. So we'll just create a quick little entry to remember their contributions.

Another brand new brony musician that is making some fantastic music in such a short time. Their first track came out in the end of May (the downtempo BBBFF), and they've made some more club oriented, amazing vocal heavy show remixes, mostly in a great eurotrance style. The production and samples use is not just spot on, but pretty remarkable, breathing life into old MLP favorites, especially with the great original vocal work additions. We'll stop complimenting him if you promise to visit his site right away.

Korw has been on a roll with 3 brony tracks in 3 months, all EqD approved and for good reason (as they are great). He started with a house remix FIM - Twilight Sparkle Stage Theme, followed it with an original orchestral house track "Luna's Moon Dance", and then released the awesome complextro "You Can Run (but you can't hide)". With such an amazing start we can't wait to see what the future holds for this great new artist.

Quickly known for his submission in the ''Lesser Knowns'' album, ''Becoming Popular (Matthew N. Remix)'', which received multiple tumblr shutouts from famous musicians such as Omnipony, Circuifry etc. A great musician provide some classy club, complextro, and electro bangers. A former member of the BMD staff now, incredibly motivated, and a very impressive new musician.

Emperor Übermensch/Ed Viper

His favourite genre being UK Step (the British style of dubstep), Emperor Übermensch came with the infamous third wave of brony artists that has hard time getting out there in the open. Despite being a very young producer, he's learning fast and his powerful garage beats may be to your liking. He was forced to leave the community a while back due to personal reasons, but has now returned under the alias "Ed Viper".

but I like to experiment genre wise. The main genres I work around
however are jazz, alternative rock, some swing and sometimes funk. Most
of my songs also tend to be acoustic because I love the sound of an

Well Jenny Nicholson and Griffin Lewis are the collective known as SherclopPones and do both the series and the great background music to it. Cyril the Wolf
Cyril
does all things rock (acoustic, funk, and electric) and the occasional
bits of metal (power and 80's styles preferred). He didn't have to
travel far to make Bronycon this summer, and was hard to miss
(entertaining the crowd outside the con via acoustic guitar). He
regularly makes podcasts and performs from his home via Youtube.

Before Cowbell Party, Raging was leading the charge to get more cowbell in brony music. Clearly his influence has paid off for the community and has been felt far and wide. His mix of hilarious trollcore and more serious works in a variety of electronic styles in his first 2 months are a pretty good start.

There's a reason why his Youtube is entitled Ambient Pony Music, it's because that's what he specializes in and does extremely well. Ambient is something lacking in the brony scene, so ResonantWaves really does fit that gap and does an outstanding job with his music. Recommended!
