The great thing about the Brony community is how quickly new people can show up and make a quick impact and get hundreds of Youtube subscribers overnight. Archie, from Moscow, is just one of these amazing artists (specializing in electro house) who entered the community in December 2011 and landed like a sonic rainboom. Archie has gone through a variety of youtube channels (several previous channels were hacked), gone between pony and non-pony tracks, and had some health issues, but he still continues to this day. One of our most popular musicians.

Silva Hound

Since the beginning, Silva has dominated the house faction of the brony music scene. While his initial tracks and albums (no longer available on bandcamp but are on youtube's archive) could be classified as pino he did quite a variety of show, dialogue sampled, and fannon remixes that are well known on later albums. One of his favorite subgenres has been French House but he has also delved into dubstep, rap and trap music as well. One of the few electronic artists to tour with Musiquestria this last year.

While simultaneously going under names such as Omnivore, FurryNG, or Official Omnivore, Omnipony is one of the youngest (14? really?!) and talented brony musicians, making popular drum & bass, trance, and dubstep tracks (like "Dragon Greed" or "Clouds"). He has a few album/ep's on bandcamp and continues to put forth some great single tracks on his Youtube channel and SoundCloud.

Living Tombstone has become the most popular brony musician with a variety of original tracks, remixes, and collaborations. He was part of the whole Mic the Microphone, Glaze, and (occasionally) Jackleapp partnership in 2011 which was extremely popular in the community. He's also had various show and fan remixes which were arguably more popular then then the original (such as Eurobeat's Discord which was the #1 track of 2012). What has also helped him was that he was the most public face for our community and the most visible at a variety of bronycons.

Forest Rain

Forest Rain is one of not many rock musicians in the community, specializing in his style of quick, catchy pop-punk music, mostly rock covers of popular music in the fandom such as Autumn by Jackle App. In addition, he does many fan fiction readings on his channel. Forest Rain is a newcomer to the music scene, but is talented and just getting started.

MandoPony is known for his rock and acoustic music primarily, but dabbles in all kinds of electronic music in his album "The V-Scratch Sessions and the 8-bit chiptune Mane 6 themes in where he began within the community. He collaborates frequently with AcousticBrony, does work on EverFree Radio, various charity work, and has worked with Michelle Creber, better known as Applebloom and the singing voice of Sweetie Belle, on music". He is quite adept at vocals, piano, guitar, and mandolin. One of the superstars of the brony community.

Mic the Microphone

Mic The Microphone is a brony rapper notable for being one of the first major musicians in the community (joining in late 2011) and as our most popular rapper. He is well-known for his collaborations with various other notable musicians such as Jackle App, TheLivingTombstone, and WoodenToaster. Many of these well known songs began as instrumentals but then became even more famous when his rap vocals were introduced. He's also well known for being an outspoken member of the community, for courting the attacks of rival rapper Yelling at Cats, and his readings of fimfics.

sci has been one of the few artists who has gone to greater lengths to combine a variety of artists tracks and sources into a plunder-phonic stew that sounds little like what it sampled. Named after the show's resident dj, 'Vinyl Scratch Will Kick Your Ass' is definitely one of the more unique-sounding offerings from the scene, assembled from a multitude of pony artist's works. However, he's also quite comfortable with downtempo music, which encompasses the majority of his work. Sci is the man behind Toast Beard, a weekly, themed contest that started in May 2011 for the community to create music based on themes for the week as well as recent episodes, and has continued that since its creation. It's been an amazing resource to the community and has led to many amazing tracks and bronyverse expanding ideas.

ByCelestiasBeard is an exceptionally talented brony musician from the UK. Blending soft, tranquil and oftentimes ethereal soundscapes with trance and electronic music, he has become one of the more interesting and unique musicians in the scene today. With a legion of over 500 subscribers, he has become quite well-known in the community, often making musician lists and being featured EqD.

The band is made up of two British gents, Jimmy and Edd/Fuzz (one of the few consistent pony partnerships). As you would expect, they make great acoustic rock and the occasional rock song, but also make some chiptunes ("Pinkie Pie Party [Sugar Rush]"), other electronic music ("Colgate's Quest"), and some orchestral backing to their instrumentals. They have collaborated with Mando, to form the AcoustiMandoBrony side project. That output is significantly heavier than the bulk of either's solo material. AcousticBrony's original project was creating instrumental themes for each of the Mane six ponies which incorporate melodies from the show. They remain favorites of the fanbase.

One of the more unique sounding artists and incorpoprating an electronic lounge sound to their complex IDM music. On their debut they picked up where PinkiePieSwear left off (also favoring cut-up character vocal samples) but quickly made it clear they were going an entirely different direction with it to becoming an innovative artist and a production wizard. We've seen many more amazing and ornate tracks emerge in the months after his debut, and he most recently completed a batch of collaborations that showed further diversity in styles and his most complex works yet. He followed these up with direct responses for season 2 episodes. He's one of the most respected artists in our community and is also extremely humble.

[voodoopony] is a side-project of Voodeedoo dedicated to producing musical interpretations of MLP:FiM, and has been a notable and prominent remixer in the community since the summer of 2011. His albums "Lessons in Harmony" and "Beyond Equestria" are some of the most renowned and nostalgic works in the fandom, along with the highly anticipated remix project "Pincushion". He is most known for his wide range of electronic instrumentals and unpredictability, and maintains a reputation for quality material. Worth seeking out if you are a fan of downtempo (ambient, glitch-hop, and instrumental hip-hop).

From instrumental to vocals, alternative rock and metal, Tarby has been in the scene from its early stages. The best known example of his work is the infamous one man-project rock opera that was dedicated to the grimdark fanfic 'Cupcakes'. He's since gone on to stay just as relevant with a follow-up album E.S.C.A.P.E and by becoming the brony messiah. Brohoofs aplenty and one the true heroes of the brony underground.

The good doctor is on of a handful of MLP artists who's technique is modern classical, having created MLP song interpretations or inspired themes (Steampunk and the Equestria Fallout Fanfic). He is a phenomenally professional and great composer, yet is still just a music student intent on graduation. Has a new release on bandcamp! His work ventures into more atonal work at times hence the name. He is also one of the nicest and most helpful guys on MLR and one of a few great brony artists from Australia.
